Product Upgrade

Product upgrades are available for customers who want to increase the number of chatters or switch from VolanoChat to VolanoChatPro. The product upgrade price is just the difference of the full version prices, so there's no penalty for starting out low and adding on later.

Version Upgrade

Version upgrades are available to customers updating their existing version 2.0 or 2.1 servers to the latest version 2.7. (Customers with version 2.5 or 2.6 can upgrade to version 2.7 for free.) License keys are issued to the IP address and port number of your current installation.
