Wrong Applet Version

You are unable to connect to the VolanoChat server because either:

• you have an outdated version of the VolanoChat applet, or
• you're trying to enter a personal chat room in a VolanoChat server which is not a VolanoChatPro server, or
• you're trying to enter a members-only VolanoChatPro server through a non-member version of the VolanoChat applet.

To download the latest version of the applet, return to the previous page and either:

• hold down the Shift key while pressing the Reload button for Netscape Communicator, or
• hold down the Ctrl key while pressing the Refresh button for Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If one of those two methods fails to load the new applet, or you're using a different browser, simply quit your Web browser, restart it, and return to the previous page. You may want to bookmark the previous page so that you can find your way back after restarting your browser.
